Passports

St. Lucia requires current proof of citizenship, a photo ID, and a valid passport for entry into St. Lucia. U.S. citizens can present a valid: U.S. Passport; Passport Card; Enhanced Driver’s License upon entering St. Lucia and returning to the U.S.​

Customs

When you arrive to St. Lucia you will need to complete a "Customs Form." Normally you will get this form in the plane on your way to St. Lucia. The Customs Form is ONE per family.

Arrivals into St. LUCIA

Upon arrival into St. Lucia, you will meet your driver in the arrivals terminal, after baggage claim. Your driver will be holding a Kraken Rum sign and will escort you to your vehicle for transportation to Hideaway at Royalton St Lucia resort. 

 

Departures to the U.S.

On the day of departure, please meet your driver outside the hotel lobby for transportation to the airport. They will be holding a Kraken Rum sign. Upon arrival in the U.S. the first step is the immigration checkpoint, where you will show your passport. The second part comes when you pass through customs after collecting your checked luggage from the claim carousels in the baggage terminal. Note: Your port of entry may not be your final destination.

Ground Transportation

Transportation will be provided to scheduled group activities. Additional ground transportation to any activities booked on own will be at your own expense.
